Licensing & Registration: AZ Vapor Vendors maintains all required Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) registrations and business licenses with the Arizona Department of Revenue, and complies with applicable state and municipal vending regulations.
Product Sourcing: All vapor products are obtained exclusively from licensed U.S. wholesalers who meet FDA labeling and safety standards, ensuring consistent product quality and consumer safety.
Equipment Safety: Machines operate on AC 110V–220V / 50 Hz with built-in electric-shock protection and meet commercial vending and electrical safety requirements established for use in public venues.

Commercial General Liability (CGL): AZ Vapor Vendors carries comprehensive CGL insurance to protect against bodily injury, property damage, and other general liabilities associated with business operations.
Product Liability: All stocked products are covered under a dedicated product liability policy, offering an additional layer of security to our venue partners and end users.
Partner Protection: Participating venues incur no financial, legal, or regulatory exposure related to product sales, machine operation, or compliance matters. All licenses, insurance, and maintenance obligations are fully held by AZ Vapor Vendors.
